How to Buy If you wish to purchase a domain select 'Domains' from the side-menu. Search for the domains that you are interested in purchasing - if the domain is available you can select to 'register and purchase'. You will be forwarded to our online shop where you will have the chance to select the type of service and options to be associated with the domain. Click the 'Add to Cart' button to add the item to your order. Repeat the procedure to add further domains. If you already have a domain but require our hosting service, select 'Buy Online' from the side-menu. Select the '30Mb Web Hosting with DNS services' link. You will be forwarded to our online shop where you will have the chance to select options to be associated with your hosting account. Click the 'Add to Cart' button to add the item to your order. If you wish to upgrade an existing account e.g. add extra disk space, upgrade from web holding to hosting, select 'Buy Online' from the side-menu. Select the 'Upgrade your current package' link. You will be forwarded to our online shop. Select the options you require and click the 'Add to Cart' button to add the items to your order. If upgrading from web holding or web forwarding to web hosting please contact sales@hubnut.net and enquire about a refund against the unused portion of your previous HubNut service. If renewing your service, select 'Buy Online' from the side-menu. Select the 'Renew your existing package' link. You will be forwarded to our online shop where you will be able to select the appropriate service. Click the 'Add to Cart' button to add the item to your order.
At this point you may either continue shopping by selecting
'domains' in the side menu again or finish
your order by clicking Once you have entered all your details then click the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page to complete your order. You will be forwarded to WorldPay to make payment. All details will be secured using 128 bit SSL encryption. Complete your payment details and press 'Submit' to complete your order.
We accept payment with the following cards. Payment may be made in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. Payment may also be made by cheque (Pounds Sterling only) payable to HubNut Limited and remitted to:
An order will not be considered complete until payment has been made and funds have been cleared.
Your order will be confirmed by HubNut Limited and you will receive confirmation from WorldPay of your payment transaction via email. Please make sure that your email details are correct otherwise you will not receive confirmation of your order. If you do not receive these confirmations it is likely you have supplied an invalid email address - please contact support@hubnut.net with details of your order if this is the case.
We will process your order and release your account access details via email within 24 hours. Please be aware that if you order a domain, the domain will need to get to be known by the rest of the internet via the process of DNS delegation - this process may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your account access details within 24 hours it is likely that you have supplied an invalid email address - please contact support@hubnut.net immediately with details of your order.
We reserve the right to not accept an order - if payment has been made and we decline your order we will authorise a refund of your payment to your card within 24 hours. Domain registration is non-refundable - we act solely as your agent with Nominet UK and CSL GmbH - once the domain registration has been confirmed, no refund of domain fees can be made. Hosting services may be cancelled within 7 days of placing your order, without charge, by forwarding the Account Release email with your cancellation request to accounts@hubnut.net. We will authorise a refund to your card within 24 hours for the total paid less any domain fee. Domain registration is non-refundable - we act solely as your agent - once the domain registration has been confirmed, no refund can be made on the domain registration part of your order. If you have upgraded from web holding or web forwarding to web hosting and have agreed a refund against the unused portion of your previous HubNut service then we will authorise a refund to your card with the agreed amount within 24 hours.
You will receive a receipt of your order both from HubNut Limited and WorldPay via email at the time of placing your order. If you require an Invoice in addition to these please email accounts@hubnut.net quoting your order number. Invoices will be transmitted to you electronically via email. Renewals You will normally receive a renewal notice a week or two before hosting services and domains are due for renewal, please contact us if you do not receive the renewal notice within this timescale. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they renew by the renewal date and that payment is made in full. We may send out further reminders but as chasing payment is expensive we reserve the right to withdraw hosting service, detag .UK domains, allow domains to expire if full payment on the renewal notice is not received by the due date, without any further notice to yourselves.
